With just days to go till the 2nd of March, reportedly the date iPad 2 will make its appearance, discussions on the killer product have been heating up among various bloggers and websites, wondering whether Apple will release the newly-updated iPad on the date.
However, just recently, Apple confirmed all speculations that the predecessor of iPad, which has sold around 15 Million units worldwide, will be unveiling itself on the 2nd of March at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco and is expecting a massive demand for the product. Though the secrets of the price and detailed specs of iPad 2 are still safely guarded inside Apple, it is expected to remain the same price and be lighter and thinner than the current model, much more like MacBooks.
Besides, it is also expected to have a better processor, incorporated cameras on the front and rear side of the device and enhanced with a retina display screen, integrating the technology used in iPod Touch 4. However, it is also said that iPad 2 may not have a 4G mobile broadband service but we reckon it will work just as well (:
As mentioned, all specs are kept secret until the release date; thus, the above are only inspired speculations and do not represent any confirmed information given by Apple. Still, the big question remains in a big mystery - will Mr.Jobs be present on stage during the Release on the 2nd of March after his medical leave of absence? We will just have to wait and see! xD
